The Brownie & Bruffle Co. is an independent small business baking premium homemade brownies and delivering them to your door. Our brownies are delicious, squidgy and full of flavour.

We use single origin Ecuadorian chocolate in our brownies and bake using a mix of 70.4% dark and 39% milk chocolate (depending on the recipe). We find this results in the best tasting brownie. We use dark muscovado sugar in our batter to give the brownies an extra fudgy taste.

We care about the environment so all our packaging is eco - friendly. Just remove the stickers/ribbon and recycle.

The Brownie & Bruffle Co. is also home of the Bruffle®. A brownie ball dipped in chocolate and decorated. Available in a host of flavours. Bruffle-icious!

We use only the best ingredients to produce a most excellent brownie and delicious Bruffles® - something you can treat yourself with or send as a gift to loved ones.

The Brownie & Bruffle Co. is based in West Yorkshire. We are registered with the local council and have a food hygiene rating of 5 (top score). All brownies and Bruffles® are made to order and are sent by Royal Mail First Class for free (unless otherwise selected).
