What's a Bruffle?

A Bruffle is a handmade brownie ball that has been dipped in chocolate and decorated. In the case of our Floral Bruffles®, this is a classic brownie ball, dipped in white chocolate (made with cacao from West African countries), wiggled with more white chocolate and decorated with edible flowers.

The brownie ball is made using only premium ingredients including British butter. We use single origin Ecuadorian chocolate in our brownies. Using a single origin chocolate (as opposed to a blend of cacao from different countries) gives wonderful richness and depth of flavour.

Details

Two Bruffles® per pack (approx. 32g). 33 packs per box. Minimum order quantity - 1 box. Bruffles® will have a use by date of 3 weeks from production date.

Bruffles® contain allergens but are suitable for vegetarians. 

Available in two packaging options:

Option 1 -  White chocolate box with built in insert and clear sleeve. 100% recyclable and made from sustainably sourced, food safe board.

Option 2 - Small clear cello bag. Made from wood cellulose fibre sourced from sustainable forests. Biodegradable and food safe.  

These handmade luxury treats are baked, balled and decorated in our home-based kitchen. We are registered with the local council and have a Food Hygiene Rating of 5.
