What ingredients do you use?

We use single origin Ecuadorian chocolate in our brownies/bruffles®. Crafted from the finest cocoa beans grown in the rich, abundant soils of Ecuador, this chocolate has great depth of flavour and delicate hints of red berries as well as floral aromas.

We use British butter and free range eggs in our yummy brownies and bruffles®. The flour we use is milled in the UK and made from 100% British wheat. 

 The sugar we use is dark muscovado sugar from Mauritius. This natural unrefined cane sugar gives the brownies and bruffles® a deep, rich flavour and adds to the squidgy-ness.

We only use the best ingredients to make our premium brownies and bruffles®.

What's your food hygiene rating?

We have been inspected by our local council and are very proud to say we achieved the top score of 5 'Very Good'.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Do your products contain allergens?

Yes.

 Our boxes are fully recyclable and the greaseproof sheets that our products are wrapped in are fully biodegradable and compostable.

 They are printed using vegetable inks and are food safe. 

The shredded paper used is recyclable and the packing peanuts used are biodegradable. 


Our mailer bags are recyclable too. 


All you have to do is remove any stickers (printed on FSC certified paper) and ribbon.

Yes. 

Please be aware that all our products contain allergens and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. 


All products are suitable for vegetarians.

We bake to order. It will take 2-3 days from when you order to dispatch your order (sometimes it can be sooner). You will be notified when your order has been dispatched.

If you require delivery on a particular date, please get in touch and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Yes.

When selecting your brownies/bruffles, click the 'Personal Message' option. Add your message to the dialogue box and we will put this on a card and pop it in with your order.

Do you attend food festivals?

We try to attend as many food festivals/farmers' markets as possible (mainly in Yorkshire). 

To keep up to date with the latest information about where we are planning to set up our stall, please join our mailing list.
